“ This was our first visit and I'm not a big seafood enthusiast, so, I was skeptical. I had the shrimp and cajun potatoes while my husband had the catfish and shrimp. First, our server, Brianna was bubbly, effortlessly personable and professional. She gave great recommendations. Our food was extremely well seasoned (not overly, just right), hot (a must for this foodie), and fresh!!! The jalepeno slaw had just the right amount of heat and crunch- off suggest a little something sweet to elevate it to the next level. Atmosphere was bright, well decorated, and vibrant- great vibe. The manager stopped by to check on us as well. Overall 10/10, we'll come again!!! ”
“ Just had the most incredible birthday celebration at Louisiana Bistro in Sandy Springs, GA! Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in my six years here. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Briana, the amazing manager on duty. Our awesome waitress, Emily, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and had such great vibes! Her recommendations were spot on—she definitely deserves a raise! The food was delicious, and the drinks were amazing! Kenisha, our bartender, crafted some exotic drinks that were definitely on point—she was clearly trained well. Plus, the soft, intimate music set the perfect mood. To top it all off, the girls even sang happy birthday to me, making me feel so special! We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be back! For the main course, the Cajun Jambalaya was a standout—it had just the right amount of spice, which we really appreciated. We also tried the fried shrimp, which were crispy and well-seasoned, and the spinach side, which was pretty good. The service was friendly and attentive, and the live performance during brunch added a fun and lively atmosphere to our meal. To top it all off, we shared the Carrot Cake Cheesecake for dessert, and it was absolutely amazing—rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced. It's definitely a spot worth revisiting! ”
“ Ok y’all so I usually don’t leave Google reviews or any other type of review but the service and the food at this place was so beyond my expectations that I had to leave one. I’m in town for business and I’ve been to this restaurant 2 days in a row and both days the food and customer service were a 10/10. I got the shrimp and andouille sausage gumbo, shrimp etoufee, bread pudding, catfish fillet meal with potatoes and coleslaw and carrot cake cheesecake . Listen I don’t even like coleslaw but theirs is so good! I had the flight of Hurricanes and they got the job done!!! Kent the bartender/server on the first day and Tierra, my server today were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. I can’t tell you the last time that I received such excellent customer service. Thank you both for making this dining experience a memorable one! If you are in the area of Perimeter mall(?) I highly recommend you visit this spot, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED !!!! ”
